The pictured lamb shank comes in at a humble $20. It’s prepared so perfectly that if you stare at the meat with enough conviction it falls right off the bone. Mix in the rice and beans for the full experience. 

Onto the Mole. The heavenly Mexican sauce drenches the chicken and rice beneath and will leave you wondering why mole isn’t the standard in sauces. More mole.
