Rocket Pig is the new project by Trestle on Tenth’s Ralf Kuettel. Smoked Pork, red onion jam and mustard sauce on ciabatta. If you expected this to taste bad, you’re a fool, it’s delicious.
They’ve got oysters, charcuterie, cheese, and booze if you want to dine-in. But grabbing a sando and hitting the High Line is a perfect way to enjoy it.
