Mozzarella w/Tomato & Basil and Priest Stranglers at Supper in the #EastVillage, #NYC

I didn’t know what good Italian food tasted like until Supper time.
The mozzarella in the pictured appetizer is out of this world soft. The tomatos are a deep red and the basil is delightfully potent.
Upon first bite, you can tell the pasta is fresh. After mixing the pasta, the ricotta soaks up the homemade marinara sauce making each forkful better than the last.
Supper’s portions are perfect. You’ll be full when you leave, but they don’t give you a tub of pasta that you have to lug around to the club because you feel guilty about throwing it out and and you don’t want to be that guy who’s like, “yo can we stop by my crib to drop this off?”
Supper’s Italian wine list is extensive. Ask a waiter for help instead of trying to impress your date.
Cash only so you know it’s real.
