Jones Wood Foundry’s pictured English breakfast may be one of the most gratifying breakfasts ever. This relatively young Upper East Side establishment is English all the way and delivers refreshing meals, especially for the UES. 

Come on an empty stomach because you’re looking at a serious breakfast. We’re talking unbelievable sausage, bacon, black pudding, fried bread, eggs and a tomato to bring it home. All in one plate. Pair with a frew brews and some friendssssss for a bloody good time.

Soup, Goulash and Strudel at U Fleku Brewery in #Prague

After a fulfilling day in Prague nothing compares to stuffing your face while being serenaded by live accordion. The featured restaurant is U Fleku and it does not disappoint. The establishment has been brewing beer for over 500 years. Imagine a flock of pterodactyls brewing beer because that’s what was around 500 years ago. Suck it McSorley’s. 

The pictured potato soup was hot and filling. It was served communal style in a large bowl which is always funny when one serving is left and no one goes for it. Next up was the goulash, also extremely filling. You have to dig deep and push yourself to finish this dish. Finally, the strudel with fresh cream. If for some reason you don’t get the cream make sure you stop and always wait for the cream.

Reward yourself with infinite beer refills to close out this wonderful dining experience.

1. Crawfish Monica from Kajun Kettle Foods, Inc. - Crawfish doesn’t get enough play amongst its shellfish friends. It should. Crawfish is team shellfish’s 2012 Sixth Man of the Year. That shit craw?

2. Foie Gras and Horse Bologna Grilled Cheese from M.Wells - If M.Wells is anywhere then you should be there too. Simple as that. 

3. Duck Dog from Craft - There’s something about being around thousands of hipsters that just makes you want to eat some sort of offensive meat dish. What better than a hot dog, albeit duck. Whatever, it still looks like a Hebrew National and it’s what’s on the outside that matters most.
