I try not to order mussels because I’ve always had them.

You can’t pass through Philadelphia and not eat at the Belgian Cafe. Located on the picturesque Green Street, this restaurant boasts a unique menu and very fair prices. We’re talking perfectly cooked burgers and mussels for under $10 each.

While you’re eating make sure to take advantage of Belgian’s endless beer list and always order a side of pommes frites.
